Prices

The prices listed in this catalogue are in EURO, are net amounts, include VAT and are guaranteed.

Items covered by warranty are subject to the conditions of the offer valid at the time of purchase. The warranty is effective from the date of delivery of the item, as evidenced by the accompanying document (invoice), which we ask you to keep carefully. The following are not covered: damage due to poor maintenance, failure to follow the instructions for use or normal wear and tear.

Availability

Our delivery commitment is not valid in the event of non-compliance or failure to meet supply times by our suppliers, insofar as such unavailability is not attributable to our company. In the event of a product being unavailable, we will inform you as soon as possible.

Delivery and transport

Available items are shipped by post and/or courier within approximately 2 days.

PLEASE NOTE: we do not deliver parcels to PO boxes and we do not deliver goods to minors or customers under guardianship, unless we have written authorisation from their parents or guardian.

Return or replacement of goods

Items must be returned intact and complete in their original packaging (with labels bearing the references), accompanied by the delivery note, within 7 days of receipt of the parcel. The shipping costs for the return are borne by the customer. In the event of replacement of the order, the shipping costs for the new order are free of charge.

Legal warranty

Please check the condition of the goods delivered immediately to exclude any obvious material or manufacturing defects, as well as any damage caused during transport. In accordance with the law, you are required to report any defects or anomalies concerning the goods delivered to us so that we can remedy them.

Data protection

All personal data will be treated as confidential. The information necessary for the management of the order will be processed electronically and may be communicated to associated companies in the context of the management of the order.

Applicable law and jurisdiction

French law is applicable and any dispute will be dealt with by the District Court.
